Meet Ms. Bonnie – Music Educator, Creative Visionary, and Energy Powerhouse! 🎶
From growing up in the close-knit town of De Kalb, Texas to graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Texas with a degree in Music and a focus on Early Childhood Development, Bonnie has always been driven by one mission: to ignite a lifelong love of music and creativity in every child she meets.
With over a decade of leadership experience at Target, Bonnie honed her skills in building strong teams and creating uplifting environments before founding Hutson Park, her own Lifestyle Studio blending fine arts, athletics, and academics. Her passion for community and education shines through everything she does—from developing immersive arts experiences to raising scholarship funds for students.
At Texas Amps & Axes, Bonnie brings boundless energy, a big heart, and a knack for connecting with kids of all ages. Whether guiding beginners through their first notes or helping students unlock confidence on stage, Bonnie believes in making music fun, inspiring, and transformative.
When she’s not teaching, Bonnie loves creating unique arts experiences through Hutson Park and spending time with her daughters, Kensington and Annelise. She’s excited to bring her creativity, faith-driven passion, and love for teaching to the TA&A family—helping every student discover the joy and magic of music! 🎹🎤🎶
